There are several Parkruns in the local area. They are fun, friendly, FREE events. Full length Parkruns are 5km and take place on Saturdays, while U15 year old juniors can have a go at the shorter 2km Junior Parkruns on a Sunday morning. All you need to do is register on the website https://www.parkrun.org.uk/register/
Print out your barcode and present yourself at an event! Enjoy!
